Oregon Board of Dentistry Rulemaking

In 2021, the Oregon Legislature passed HB 2528, creating a new dental provider called “Dental Therapists.” The Oregon Board of Dentistry is currently undergoing rulemaking in order to implement the bill. The public comment period on the proposed rules is open until June 3, 2022, 4 p.m.
