Ready, Set, Go: It’s Time to Re-engage!

We are excited to announce NYSAE’s premier event—Meet New York 2021, our one-of-a-kind mini trade show is back live and in person on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021 at the Marriot Marquis in NYC! For those of you who have attended before, you know that this much-loved event brings together association and not-for-profit leaders, convention, corporate and meeting planners, and their hospitality partners for an afternoon of education, networking, and cocktails topped off with tickets to a Broadway show. For those of you who have never attended, this is a perfect way to reenter NYC this fall. The event is free!

This year's focus will help us all get back to business as we reconnect with our professional partners and hear about the meeting’s industry plans to rebound. Learn how the key to success is to not only look to the future but also to build toward that future with a strategy to implement forward-looking changes. Return to your teams with actionable ideas to bring your organizations back to life better than ever before. At this educational session you will hear from six industry experts who are miles ahead of many of us in defining the future of the association world.

Come as Our Guest and See a Broadway Show!

Association, corporate and not-for-profit leaders, and planners attend for free. Convention and Visitors’ Bureaus (CVBs) and hotel partners come from across the country to Meet NY. Our exhibitor list continues to grow every day. Hear from venues near and far like the Marriot, Mohonk Mountain House, Discover PR, Visit Jacksonville, Visit San Antonio, Discover Long Island, and many more. Be part of many exciting contests and giveaways.

Our event will also shine the spotlight on our famous networking reception, once again hosted by NE CVB Reps. Meet and mingle with old and new friends and partners in a safe way as we all work together to re-engage for the benefit of our organizations.

And there’s more. Our event hosts will be sharing tickets to the award-winning Broadway show, Come from Away. The production is based on actual events that took place on Sept. 11, 2001 and the days that followed.

Gathering Safely

Keeping the safety of our attendees as a top priority and aligning with the Broadway vaccine mandate, NYSAE is requiring proof of COVID vaccination to enter Meet NY, which will be checked at the hospitality desk when badging.
