NYSAE’s fiscal year ends June 30th and all members received an email to vote on the elected officials who will govern the organization for the next two years. At the same time, members have been asked to vote on proposed changes to the NYSAE bylaws.
The following is the slate of officers and directors that were presented by the NYSAE Nominations Committee and approved by the NYSAE Board.

NYSAE’s Bylaws Task Force, chaired by Joanne Barry, CAE, has been working tirelessly for the past year on a major overhaul of the bylaws. Here is a copy of the current bylaws. Here are the proposed bylaws as well as an overview document explaining, by section, how the bylaws were amended. The proposed bylaws have been reviewed by legal counsel and approved by the NYSAE Board.
Members have been asked to vote by June 1st. The results of the votes will be announced in advance of NYSAE’s Annual Membership Meeting scheduled virtually for Thursday, June 11th at 1PM.
