DIL Cohort Attends DiSC Workshop

On Thursday, August 7, the 24 members of the 2025 - 2026 Developing Industry Leaders cohort attended their first virtual workshop with master trainer Donna Kopf of NRMCA Producer member Chaney Enterprises. Participants learned about communication styles, behavior motivations, attitudes about change and reactions to stress in the workplace through the DiSC assessment.
