Make plans to attend this year's Legislative and Policy Forum to be held September 17 - 18 in Washington, DC, to advocate for the concrete industry on Capitol Hill. We’ll join our partners at the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association and the National Asphalt Pavement Association to lobby on issues critical to our joint industries, including the upcoming surface reauthorization and NRMCA’s critical truck weights provision.

NRMCA members will have the opportunity to speak with their Members of Congress about the FRESH Act – legislation that would give states the right to allow loaded mixer trucks to travel at state weight limits on federal roads. If your state has higher weight limits for state roads than for federal highways then we need you to come to Washington and tell Congress about the importance of this legislation.

Legislative advocacy is an important effort that requires the engagement of every member, and you have the help and guidance of NRMCA, NSSGA and NAPA’s talented Government Affairs staffs to help you prepare for Hill Day.

Click here to register, then select Hill Day Only Pass for the NRMCA portion of the fly-in. The fly-in will include how-to presentations and prepare attendees to meet with their Members of Congress. For more information, contact Andrew Tyrrell.
