NRMCA Senior Director, Local Paving, Luke McHugh (seen here) recently presented at the Ohio Aviation Association’s (OAA) 2025 Annual Conference. His presentation, Airside and Landside Concrete Pavements, discussed pavement design and construction, particularly with regard to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. He also spoke about the role concrete overlays can play in airport runways, taxiways and landside applications.
McHugh was joined by Senior Vice President, Local Paving, Phil Kresge and by Ohio Concrete Association (OCA) Promotion Director Lisa Weaver-Moon. McHugh, Kresge and Weaver-Moon networked with several engineering firms that were exhibiting at the conference.
