NRMCA's Mruk Represents U.S. at Architects Conference in Mexico City

NRMCA Senior Director, Building Innovation, Frank Mruk had the honor of representing the United States at the American Institute of Architects International Conference held earlier this month in Mexico City. Speakers included Javier Sordo Madaleno, HKS; Gensler, Page, KPF; Jim Olson and Tom Kundig (Olson Kundig Architects); Arturo & Jorge Arditti (Arditti + RDT Arquitectos); Fernanda Canales (Fernanda Canales Arquitectura); Marcio Kogan (Studio MK27); Víctor Legorreta (LEGORRETA); Ismael Leyva (Ismael Leyva Architects); Francisco Martin Del Campo (Grupo Arquitectoma); Enrique Norten (TEN Arquitectos); Benjamin Romano (LBR&A); Jacob van Rijs (MVRDV) and Luis Vidal (luis vidal + arquitectos). The theme of the conference was Memory and Visions; it took place at Universidad Anáhuac and numerous other sites throughout the city. Over 200 architects and 100 students attended the event. NRMCA member CEMEX was a major sponsor.
