2022 PSA program adds over 13,000 new TV and radio airings in one month

To inform consumers about the serious health threats posed by pests, the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), the consumer marketing arm of NPMA, utilizes public service announcements to share this important health messaging with Americans.

In its most recent PPMA Update, a monthly newsletter shared with investors, they reported on their May PSA results, which brought in over 13,000 new TV and radio airings resulting in nearly 50 million impressions. PPMA’s campaigns are continuing to receive strong broadcast support across the U.S. with several campaigns currently running in market. The Spring 2022 distribution of “Sick Day” and “Symptoms” PSAs continue to produce strong results across radio and TV contributing 6,060 airings and 41.6 million impressions in May. The summer 2021 distribution of “Abstract” continues to see strong airings with another 1,407 airings and 2.1 million impressions added last month.

Fox News and Fox Business Network continue to strongly support PPMA’s campaigns and stations in many of the top media markets have also continued airing popular spots, including stations and affiliates in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago and other media markets nationwide. This past month also brought in new TV and radio station placements in Jacksonville, FL, Phoenix, AZ and San Diego, CA.
