AGC annually participates in the National Work Zone Awareness Week to highlight the dangers that motorists not obeying speed limits or not staying alert in highway construction work zones pose for construction workers. This year's National Work Zone Awareness Week will take place April 15-19, 2013. Suffolk Construction, an AGC member in multiple locations, recently completed construction of the $400 million Albert Sherman Center, a 512,000 sq-ft biomedical research and education facility located on the University of Massachusetts Medical School campus in Worcester, Mass.
