Kaley, Christian, and Keira Young’s New York City firefighter dad, Keith, died of 9/11-related cancer. Keith was known as the "firehouse chef" and appeared on the television shows "Throwdown" with Bobby Flay and "Chopped." He was also a former Freeport Fire Department volunteer.
