USFA: An EMS Secret
Did you know that the U.S. Fire Administration offers multiple online and in-person classes specific to EMS? Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be in a fire department to take advantage of these trainings, which are taught by top level faculty from across the U.S. For example, Supervising EMS is a 2-day introductory course for first line, newly promoted supervisors. It is available as an in-person course (all expenses paid) or virtually. Scope out the training available here.

NYS DOH Forms Library
To help with common (and not so common) requests, the New York State Department of Health Bureau of EMS has created a central repository of forms, many of which are now online. Need a new EMT card? Want to apply for reciprocity or nominate a colleague for a state EMS award? Go here for your one stop shop.
