Congratulations to the 2021 NE/SAE's Rising Star and Super Star Award Winners

On June 3, 2021 as part of the Annual Meeting, NE/SAE announced its 2021 Award Winners.
Joe Riley, Membership and Marketing Coordinator, Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), was this year’s recipient of the Rising Star Award, which is given to individuals that are new to the association profession and have shown exceptional promise, dedication and accomplishments, embodying values such as a commitment to the association industry, professionalism, leadership, and professional success. According to his colleagues, “Joe is always willing to step up and volunteer to brainstorm ideas, work with other teams to help achieve their membership or marketing goals, and is fully committed to the growth and development of TCIA … Joe’s value is only enhanced ten-fold by his professionalism, his optimism, and his positive attitude.”
Rachel Tristano, CAE, Chief Executive Officer of the South Shore Realtors Association, was this year’s Super Star Award Winner, which is given to a member who has gone above and beyond in their volunteer service to NE/SAE by leading a project, recruiting and welcoming members, as well as exceptional Board, committee, and task force service within the organization. Rachel became involved with NE/SAE in 2014 and has demonstrated her commitment to the organization by volunteering on the Finance Committee, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force, the Women’s CEO Group, and Chairing the Member Value Committee. Rachel is a steadfast promoter of NE/SAE, encouraging her own employees to become involved in the organization. According to a colleague, “Rachel is the epitome of all the NE/SAE Super Star Award encompasses. Passion, commitment, and positivity radiate from Rachel … she truly is an exemplary volunteer and leader.”
