Our question this month comes from Aaron Caccamo at Grand Valley State University:
We have just been notified by Qualtrics that when our contract is up for renewal, we are going to see a tremendous price increase with no added value over what we previously had. Does anyone know of a higher ed cooperative that has a Qualtrics contract? At this point, our administration is leaning towards not renewing with Qualtrics. Has anyone else experienced this substantial price increase with Qualtrics?
