Transforming 9-1-1 Center Culture

Conflict Management
Managing conflict can help one turn potentially destructive conflicts into productive interactions by understanding the source of disputes, one can de-escalate the heated conflict process by applying a resolution model to move towards a cooperative work experience.  This course empowers you to turn conflicts into dialogue, collaboration and growth opportunities.
