From now through October 31, NENA is accepting session proposals for the NENA 2026 Conference & Expo, taking place in Columbus, OH, June 27 – July 2.

Presenting at NENA 2026 allows you to share your expertise, highlight innovative ideas, and connect with an audience of 9-1-1 professionals eager to learn and collaborate. It’s your chance to inspire your peers and provide insights that help them tackle their most pressing issues.

What we're looking for in your session proposal: 

• Issue-focused, vendor-neutral content that is engaging, informative, and widely applicable.
• A 65-word session description that highlights the session objective(s) and tells attendees what they will walk away knowing, learning, or being able to do.
• A complete submission form with accurate contact details.
• Correct grammar and formatting (ex. avoid using all caps).
• All presenters identified (3–4 speakers max for one-hour sessions).
