NENA is pleased to announce the publication of the NENA Best Practices for Mental Health Providers Supporting 9-1-1 Professionals. This document provides information on the unique stressors of 9-1-1 professionals and how these can impact an individual’s mental health and wellbeing, to equip mental health professionals to best support this population.
