Pursuant to NENA's Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the membership of the National Emergency Number Association will hold an annual meeting during the NENA 2025 Conference & Expo at 5:15PM on Sunday, June 22, 2025 in the Long Beach Convention Center Room 104A. The membership is advised of the following agenda:
I. Discussion of, and voting on, a proposed bylaws change
II. Announcement of next annual conference site and dates
IIi. Reports of activities and financial condition of the association
IV. Announcement of election results
V. Members’ questions
Voting on the proposed bylaws change will also be available online via electronic ballot. Electronic voting will be available for all voting-eligible members from May 8 until June 22.
NENA has partnered with Survey & Ballot Systems to administer the electronic bote. The bylaws change vote email will come from: "NENA Election Coordinator" at noreply@directvote.net. To assure your bylaw change vote email arrives safely in your inbox on May 8, simply add noreply@directvote.net as an approved sender. If you do not receive your election email by May 9, please contact support@directvote.net.
