Anyone in a leadership position recognizes that it's all about the people, and people sometimes have strong emotions. In order to be an effective leader, foster strong working relationships, and manage the dynamics in your center, you must be able to recognize and validate your team members’ emotions. Attend this webinar to learn:

  • What the six levels of validation are, according to the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) model;
  • Why validation is an important tool to put in your toolbox; and
  • How you can use validation principles and techniques to better understand and navigate your employees' strong feelings.

We have changed webinar platforms and added new attendee benefits!
