FREE for NENA Members | Click here to register!

Hurricane Ian, the third-costliest weather disaster on record, caused more than two-million power outages in Southwest Florida alone. Internet access was hard-hit in Fort Myers, where there was a near-total blackout of internet connectivity. This webinar dives into the details of technology disaster preparedness for 9-1-1 system infrastructure and how your agency can best prepare for natural disasters. Attend to learn:

  • How to create a detailed Technology Disaster Recovery Plan;
  • Critical infrastructure grouped and prioritized based on technological and operational needs; and
  • Lessons from Hurricane Ian on response and recovery.
