NENA’s 11th Industry Collaboration Event Final Report Available

November 1 – November 3, 2023, NENA: The 9-1-1 Association brought together two dozen public safety technology companies for the 11th Industry Collaboration Event (ICE 11). The ICE Program allows vendors to test leading-edge products and services that will advance Public Safety from legacy E9-1-1 capabilities to the data-rich, IP-based world of next generation (NG) emergency communications.
The hands-on, standards-driven testing allowed this year’s participants to revisit tests performed in the previous ICE 10 event and provided an opportunity to perform tests not executed previously. ICE 11 participants continued validating compliance with i3 version 3, building continuing knowledge that only collaborative, multi-party testing can provide.
