NENA seeks volunteers with operational experience and with wireless carrier or text control center knowledge for the Text-to-911 Topics Working Group to update the text-to-911 informational documents. Document updates may include:
- Handling Text-to-9-1-1 in the PSAP Information Document
- PSAP Interim Text-to-9-1-1 Training Documents
- Text-to-9-1-1 Public Education Plan Reference Document
- Interim SMS Text-to-9-1-1 Information and Planning Guide
Meetings will be held on Thursdays at 12:00PM Eastern.
