NENA Statement on Discontinued Ambassador Program

The NENA ambassador program was discontinued in 2017 by unanimous vote of the NENA Board of Directors. From its inception until its conclusion, the program and its appointed ambassadors were subject to review and renewal on an annual basis by NENA. The program was an important first step in expanding NENA’s reach into new parts of the world. Despite the cessation of the ambassador program, NENA continues to grow its international membership and is currently implementing new programs and activities to expand the organization’s global presence through the formation of new chapters, alliances, and partnerships.
