Volunteers Sought for ACC Communication Modalities Working Group

The new ACC Communication Modalities Working Group will develop a NENA Information Document that provides guidance to PSAPs on understanding and adopting best practices related to managing the various modalities of communication that the public may use to reach emergency services. The group will meet for one hour on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 11AM Eastern beginning Tuesday, October 22.
