Dr. Warren Bennis, who Forbes magazine calls the "Dean of Leadership gurus," gives a rare address as part of the Reunion Track, for NBMBAA members with 20-plus years of membership. The session is open to all Full Conference and Leadership Institute registrants and the first 100 attendees will receive a signed copy of Dr. Bennis' new book, Still Standing: A Memoir of Life in Leadership. 10 a.m., LA Convention Center, Room 411 Theatre.
 
This year's Entrepreneurial Institute (Founding sponsor: State Farm; Supporting sponsor: Wells Fargo) offers a full-day of amazing sessions in three tracks – start-up, growth and social entrepreneurship. The day begins with aspiring entrepreneurs, a whiteboard and just five minutes to pitch an idea. The Innovation Whiteboard Challenge, moderated by celebrated broadcaster Ed Gordon, with judges including Dr. Randal Pinkett and Eric Holoman, president, Magic Johnson Enterprises, is open to all full Conference registrants. 8 a.m., LA Convention Center, Concourse Halls 151 & 152.

The plenary "Why Didn't I Think of That?" also moderated by Gordon, brings together a panel of unique entrepreneurs to discuss their experiences in thinking up and fully realizing a high profile business. 2 p.m., LA Convention Center, Concourse Halls 151 & 152.
