I am sure everyone has heard about the Ladder Club through the NAWIC Education Foundation and wonder what exactly is the Ladder Club of Success?

The Ladder Club is a tax-deductible donation as established by the IRS. As you reach certain levels of contributions, you receive a Ladder of Success pin. Each pin represents the level of participation in the Club.

$100 level is the First Step with a gold pin with an etched ladder. The $250 level has an added sapphire stone at the bottom of the first rung. $500 level adds a ruby stone at the center rung with the $1,000 level showing a diamond stone at the top rung. When reaching $2,000, the 3-stone pin is placed on a silver disk. At the $5,000 level, an emerald is added to the gold pin on the silver disk. The $10,000 level has sapphire stones surrounding the silver disk. Increments above $10,000 have an additional gold disk added with diamonds placed around the gold disk.

Chapters and Regions can also participate in the Ladder Club and what better way to Climb the Ladder of Success, Step by Step, to show your support of education in the construction industry!
