Join the experts for a webinar, Emerging Hot Topics in Tax Credits, on Wednesday, Nov. 8, beginning at 2:00 p.m. ET and earn SHCM credential continuing education units. The webinar will provide 1.5 hours of instruction with a minimum of 30 minutes built into the presentation for a question-and-answer session. The cost is free to current SHCM-certified professionals and $150 for non-SHCM professionals.
The presenter is Deborah Gershen of The Gershen Group. Gershen is a licensed real estate broker in Delaware, Ohio and New Jersey. She holds numerous certifications in the area of real estate, including the CPM designation from IREM and the NAHP-e from NAHMA. Gershen is entering her 45th year in housing management.
