Thank You, Drew: 7 Years of Leadership

We bid farewell to Drew Holmgren, who has taken the leap from being MPI's Chief Experience Officer to the President and CEO of Promotional Products Association International (PPAI).

Over his seven years at MPI, Drew has been a passionate advocate for volunteers, significantly contributing to the growth of our communities and Regional Councils.

His leadership and insight will be deeply missed, but his new role is a testament to the caliber of leaders MPI cultivates—leaders who go on to thrive in influential positions.

During his tenure, Drew played a pivotal role in shaping MPI’s community engagement strategies and advancing its global influence. His ability to foster collaboration and innovation has left an indelible mark on MPI’s culture and the broader meetings and events industry.

Drew transitioned immediately, remaining active with both organizations in January, with his last official day with MPI being January 24. Please join us in wishing Drew well in his new role and thanking him for his invaluable service to MPI.

Timothy Gunn will continue to oversee the Community team during this transition, while plans for a new person in this role are being developed. Thank you. Tim, for your leadership!
