In a social climate that craves solidarity and belonging, it is essential that events be inclusive on every level, by design.

At this session we’ll examine:

• Items we might be neglecting when planning events
• Our site selection process - Does the venue service all attendees well?
• Speakers and technology – What makes for a good speaker and good audio/visual?
• Program design – Is it DEI conscious? 
• Vendor selection process - Did you consider/include diverse suppliers?

Guiding us through this discussion will be Anyelis Codero, CEO, Propel on Purpose, joined by industry peers Ruth Katz, Morgan Stanley; Josh Novick, London & Partners, NY; and Jeff Orlowsky, Macquarie, as they share their strategies and experiences in the DEI space.
