Exciting and Groundbreaking Week

This year’s ProMatDX was a very exciting and groundbreaking week, said our ProMatDX daily recap host Randell Mauricio in this final daily recap video for the event. During the week-long event, attendees were powered up with the new connections, insights and innovative solutions for today’s supply chains. “It was a great success,” said Mauricio. “But we couldn’t have done it without our sponsors or attendees. You are the backbone of this event.”

So, what did we learn at ProMatDX?

Companies that embrace the digital mindset, they can open the door for greater performance leveraging success, leveraging information and then through that process inspire and drive experimentation, ingenuity and innovation,” said MHI CEO John Paxton. “Build that culture of innovation. Take the chances. Take the opportunities to learn about these new technologies.” He said that the technologies you saw at ProMatDX are all advancing extremely quickly. “Every year I see new things that we didn’t even know existed the year before.”

Highlights from each of the keynotes followed, and provided excellent reminders of the lessons we learned during the week and recognition for this year’s Innovation Award winners. “Since 2014, MHI’s Innovation Awards have educated and provided valuable insights on the latest innovations in manufacturing and supply chain products and services,” said Paxton about the awards.

There was also a reminder about the MHI 2021 Industry Report: Innovation Driven Resilience, that is produced in collaboration with Deloitte each year. “It has been a pleasure and an honor to work with MHI over the past eight years on this most important topic of supply chain innovation,” said Thomas Boykin, supply chain specialist leader at Deloitte.

Overall, the valuable networking opportunities at the show this year were priceless, as were the roundtable sessions and Q&As, the seminars, the showcases and the live video meetings. It was an experience unlike any other, a new digital experience.

“That brings ProMatDX to a close,” said Mauricio. But, be sure to put MODEX 2022 on your calendar, March 28-31, in Atlanta. “We look forward to seeing you all there in person.”
