The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) is conducting a global safeguard investigation into quartz surface products (QSP) under Section 202 of the Trade Act of 1974 (Investigation No. TA-201-79). As part of this process, the Commission is collecting detailed information directly from countertop and surface fabricators to better understand the market, industry conditions, and potential impacts on U.S. businesses.

Countertop and surface fabrication companies and contractors are encouraged to complete the official USITC questionnaire. Responses are mandatory, and the Commission may issue subpoenas or other orders if required (19 U.S.C. § 1333(a)). All data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this investigation.
