Joe Corona joins ISFA with more than eight years of experience improving operational performance, implementing technology solutions, and supporting teams through systems administration and process optimization. With a background spanning financial services, property management, and software coordination, Joe has built a strong reputation for streamlining workflows, enhancing user experience, and leading successful technology rollouts.
Most recently, Joe served as a Connect Coordinator and Systems Administrator at FirstService Residential, where he oversaw multiple software platforms, guided onboarding processes, trained users, and introduced new procedures that significantly improved efficiency. His earlier roles in property accounting and branch operations further strengthened his expertise in financial oversight, customer service, and organizational leadership.
Joe brings a blend of technical skill, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to supporting people and processes—making him an exciting addition to the ISFA team.
