A recently passed Bill in New York will allow for undercover officials to participate in 'matched-pair' testing during job interviews to seek out acts of discrimination against the city's Human Rights Code. Is this something we can expect to move north of the border? Although an interesting tactic, this tactic may not be feasible in Canada. Read More Here
