The new design of CMP Advance centers around the relevant CMP Domains organised within the EIC pillars of People, Planet and Purpose. Meet a few of our speakers and learn more about their sessions:

Paige Cardwell has been creating strategic and results-focused multichannel marketing campaigns and developing innovative association and event brands for more than 30 years. Her blend of strategic insights and creative savvy offers smart solutions to marketing and branding challenges intended to grow audiences and increase revenue. She will share the four questions you need to ask (and answer!) to improve the impact of your audience acquisition and retention campaigns.

Michael Dominguez serves as the President & CEO for Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI). ALHI is the largest Global Sales Organization with a team of nearly 80 professionals located among 26 offices across North America and Europe. Michael is an award-winning hospitality industry veteran. In this session, he will guide us through a discussion around the long-term changes in our industry in a post-pandemic world. What were the silver linings to come out of this challenging time? What exactly should we be looking at, and how can we avoid overthinking what may or may not be structural in change? Michael will help identify the questions we should be asking as we know the next 18 months will set the course on where end up with permanent behavioral changes to the meetings and events industry.

Ken Holsinger is a leader in the Strategy Practice for Freeman, bringing together teams that are building innovative data tools for integration and business intelligence, with data consulting, research and industry benchmarking. These teams work globally to drive decisions, improve results and measure their marketing efforts. A 25-year veteran, Ken has been named on multiple hardware, software and process patents. In this session, Ken will explore a data-driven state of the events industry in an easy-to-understand and actionable way to plan for the next six months – and beyond. He will provide critical data compiled from surveys and interviews with organisers, attendees, and exhibitors to help you navigate budgeting, planning, and production trends impacting events and exhibitions.
