CTA in Action: Government Affairs Update
Friday, February 22nd, better known to those who work in and around the Legislature as the bill introduction deadline, passed and gave us the first real look at what the legislative landscape will look like for the upcoming year. As expected, our industry saw several pieces of legislation introduced that directly affect how our industry operates, both good and bad.

If your company utilizes owner-operators, legislators want to hear from them about why they want to be owner-operators and how codifying the Dynamex Decision takes away their ability to work. To protect the ability of your owner-operators to continue to work as they choose and to protect your business model, we urge you to have your owner-operators attend California Trucking Day on April 2.
