The South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) adopted Warehouse Indirect Source Rules (ISR) on May 7, 2021 that established the Warehouse Actions and Investments to Reduce Emissions (WAIRE) Program. To assist warehouse owners and operators become compliant, SCAQMD has provided guidance documents, compliance and reporting materials, training videos and will host a webinar on compliance in July of 2021. The training videos will be posted within the week that will educate warehouse owners and operators on how to use the WAIRE calculator, and tracking and recording truck trips.
