Upcoming Minimum Wage Increase for California Employers

On January 1, 2020, California’s minimum wage will increase to $13 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees and $12 for employers with 25 or fewer employees; however, please note that some cities and counties have a local minimum wage that is higher than the state rate. Employers are required to post information on wages, hours and working conditions at a worksite area accessible to employees. More information
