Kern Unit Annual Sporting Clays Shoot: Come out and enjoy a fun filled day participating in the Sporting Clays Shoot. Proceeds will benefit disabled and disadvantaged children, disabled veterans throughout Kern County. This event is being held at Kern County Gun Club in Bakersfield, CA. on Friday October 13th. The LA/Orange Unit held their annual golf fundraiser last week at Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton. The proceeds will be going to Royal Families, who help women who have been abused and foster kids in Southern California. Below is President Doug Britton visiting with attendees.

The planning has begun and this event is for everyone to attend, scene motorcycle/ car/ truck "Poker Run",delicious BBQ lunch, fun activities for kids and families to enjoy all day and some amazing silent auction and raffle items as well. Thank you to all our sponsors and participants who helped make last year such a success and looking forward to working with everyone for this year’s event.
