CTA Members Support Vital PAGA Reform Effort
Since 2017, settlements under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) have reached more than $5 billion and are set to double over the next 5 years.
While many legislative measures aimed at fixing PAGA have been unsuccessful, a better, more direct way is now available in the form of the California Fair Pay and Employer Act.
Companies across the state, including CTA members have already seen the benefit of contributing to this effort, as well as other trade associations including the California New Car Dealers, which is matching any contributions DOLLAR for DOLLAR!
