"Managing Emotional Dynamics" explores the often-unseen emotional dynamics that influence relationships between patients, families, and case managers. Focusing on transference—patients’ unconscious feelings, expectations, or past experiences projected onto providers—and countertransference—the emotional responses these interactions may evoke in clinicians—participants will gain insight into how emotions can shape communication, decision-making, and care outcomes.
