Q. What is it like taking over as president of the CMSA Foundation from outgoing president Margaret "Peggy" Leonard?

A: "I’ve been helping Peggy with the foundation since it started. Hers will be extremely hard shoes to fill, because I’ve never met someone with the level of passion and dedication she has. When she called and asked me to take over, it was something I couldn’t say no to. I have some of the dedicated crazy she has, and like her, I believe in case managers supporting case managers. Peggy is donating $5,000 a year for the next five years for a scholarship for the development of public policy, and a special edition lapel pen honoring her is available at the CMSA Foundation booth for $25."
