More about new staff members:

Sam Bayless started on February 10, 2017 and received a bachelors in political science from Santa Clara University. Sam is the regulatory staff person focusing on the regulatory efforts in California. He comes from a background in the tech industry and most recently worked on the Sheriff Scott Jones campaign for U.S. Congress. (bayless@cioma.com)

Holly Gamboa started on March 1, 2017 and earned a bachelors in communications, emphasis in public relations at California State University, Sacramento. She recently worked for Solar Nest in Sacramento State's public relations where she wrote press releases, promoted special events, and managed social media accounts.
