HOREN Releases Revolutionary New Folding Liquid IBC, FruToCon330

HOREN recently released the new plastic foldable IBC (Intermediate bulk container) FruToCon330, the revolutionary new folding liquid IBC designed specifically for the efficient storage and transportation of bulk fruit and tomato products. The FruToCon330 with its 44" x 48" footprint addresses the issue of the tomato and Juice industry using outdated bulk packaging products, such as drums and wooden IBCs to transport their products. FruToCon330 features a hygienic ‘bag in a box’ system that allows tomato paste & fruit juice to more easily and safely hygienically fill, transport and discharge.

The collapsible design of FruToCon330 minimizes storage space requirements and freight costs. FruToCon330 has the highest folding ratio of 4:1 in the IBC market. In rail cars, it can hold 260pcs, but only 182pcs compared to other IBCs on the return trip, which means 40% more. This not only saves money but greatly reduces CO2 emissions and the effects these have on our environment.

Even though FruToCon330 is compact in size, it still holds 330 gallons. Compared to drums: 50% more products per pallet space, 150% increase in storage utilization, 33% less space used in racking, 6 times less saving in the storage of empties. In most cases, FruToCon330 is strong enough to stack for 5 full containers.

FruToCon330 is a product of returnable transit packaging (RTP), which offers businesses greater efficiency over single-use materials. RTP produces a cleaner and safer environment, minimizes clutter from cardboard wooden bins and provides a safer workplace. FruToCon330 has a working life of more than 8 years under regular use conditions and can be replaced at the end of working life.
