UC Davis Research Project Regarding Energy Technology Evaluations - Your Input Requested!
Researchers at UC Davis are working to create a public resource called the California Energy Product Evaluation "Hub", which will provide energy technology product evaluations to help large commercial and industrial customers in California make informed purchasing decisions about distributed energy resources, e.g., lighting, agricultural irrigation equipment, energy storage.

One of their first tasks is to determine which products to test. The team needs to find out which would be most useful to evaluate by gathering input from potential Hub users. The Hub is aimed at specific customer groups in California, and the researchers need to hear from energy managers, sustainability officers and procurement officials.

They are asking that you identify which product categories your organization is most likely to invest in if given access to well-organized, trusted, third-party data and recommendations. Take their 10-minute survey, earn a $20 Amazon gift card and help ensure the Hub provides the information your organization needs about distributed energy resources. Rest assured the researchers will not share your name or organization’s name with anyone. Your responses will be pooled with others’ anonymously.
