The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) offers a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) internet course that includes a review of the requirements of Part 110 – Current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Manufacturing, Packing, or Holding of Human Food - in Title 21 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations. The course is designed for supervisors, middle level managers, quality control personnel and anyone else who has responsibilities for ensuring that food processing operations meet current GMP requirements.
