I hope you all had a great summer and some time to take a break from the daily demands. Taking a break and reflecting is important for our own well-being. We sometimes forget that we need to create a working brain and a life brain. This means we should be keeping work at work and enjoy our time at home.

COVID-19 has adjusted all our lives at work and at home. You are not alone if you are having difficulty adjusting to the new normal; do not hesitate to reach out to friends, colleagues or support systems provided by your workplace or communities.

SIGMA Chapter report

Hello Fellow MDRAO members! I hope you all had an amazing summer and smooth transition back to school for those with little ones.

The Sigma board has been busy planning our first ‘Day Conference,’ which will be held at the Double Tree convention centre in London, Ontario. Sigma will be sending out information to all the chapters soon in hopes of seeing lots of familiar faces as well as new ones!
