Beauty Change Lives
The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation is pleased to announce the winners of the inaugural BCL| MUD Make-up Scholarship. The scholarship is the first Beauty Changes Lives program focused exclusively on makeup artistry and awards $2,500 tuition scholarships to students enrolled in cosmetology or esthetics programs at qualified schools. Spring 2016 BCL|MUD scholarship winners and their respective schools are as follows:
