Nominations are now being taken for open AACS Board of Director seats.To qualify, prospective Board Members must be involved in a position of Executive Management and be employed for the majority of his/her time by an AACS member in good standing at the time of the Annual Convention. Nominees may only run for an open position matching their membership classification. School owners are elected for a three (3) year term by a majority vote of active school members with a quorum present at the association’s annual business meeting. Associate Directors are elected for a two (2) year term by a quorum of Associate Members present at the annual business meeting.
