Rob Thatcher will show you quick tips on how to improve your show rate. He will also provide some tips on closing the leads you get to show up for their tours. Mr. Thatcher will be sharing video simulations (video role plays) of tours and phone calls to show you how to control the call and close your tours, all while making your lead feel like they are THE ONE who matters most!

State Updates

Texas Committee Votes to Reduce Cosmetology Hours 

The second week of May finds 27 state legislatures actively meeting, including Alaska, which adjourned on Wednesday and Missouri, which is scheduled to adjourn on Friday.  As always, AACS will keep you apprised of the latest state legislative developments of interest to member schools.

Federal Updates

On May 9, 2019 – the U.S. Department of Education released its 2019 GE Disclosure Template. Schools have until July 1, 2019 to update disclosures for each of their Gainful Employment (GE) programs using this 2019 GE Disclosure Template and must post the disclosures to program webpages.
