From Dayton to LA-BCL Mentorship Inspires Belinda Crooks

Earlier this fall, Belinda Crooks, a student at Carousel Beauty College in Dayton, Ohio and fall 2015 BCL Mentorship Competition winner, joined internationally recognized hairstylist and educator Nick Berardi at his LA studio for a day of model prep. Belinda was inspired to enter the competition by her teacher Lisa Nettleingham. Belinda says the mentorship was valuable, "because I got to peek into the future. As artists we have value and there is a whole life out there to experience. This experience puts in my head the idea that maybe I can accomplish something great!"
