Full Nail Scholarships, Deadline on Monday
Does
your school have a nail program? Do you have students who started on or after
July 14th of this year or prospects who will be starting classes
before January 11, 2015? If you answered YES then those students are eligible
to win 100% of their tuition (up to $5,000). They must enter the BCL|CND|Tippi
